From Forest City, go east on state highway 9 (following the Forest City Trail) to 200th Avenue. Turn right (south) onto 200th Avenue and follow it into the park.
Description:
The following species were seen during the Iowa Breeding Bird Atlas project: (1 Endangered Species): Northern Harrier (6 High Priority Species): American Woodcock, Black-billed Cuckoo, Pileated Woodpecker, Wood Thrush, Grasshopper Sparrow, and Bobolink.
